Addiction Awareness 10th November 2022

Join us on Zoom from 10am – 12pm to learn more about addiction awareness and take part in Alcohol Awareness Week.

About this event

Join us on Alcohol Awareness Week to learn more about ways you can support those struggling with addiction and save a life.

Addiction is an inability to stop using a substance or engaging in a behavior even though it is causing psychological and physical harm.

Alcohol Awareness Week is a week of awareness-raising, campaigning for change, and more. Long-term heavy drinking can cause physical changes to the brain, leading to difficulties reasoning, remembering and understanding.

Anyone can be affected by addiction and everyone deserves the help they need to overcome it. Children and family members should never be forgotten, especially when recovery for their parent has not been possible.

Speakers to be confirmed soon, if you feel like you could contribute to one of our free webinars please contact us on 02922 400382 or email
