Conflict Management

Introduction

The conflict managment course is designed to assist attenddees to deal more effectively with challenging and defficult behaviour. The course covers theoretical information in respect of human bedaviour, perticulary with regard to alchol and drug misuse and mental health issues. The course will enable participants to carry out threat and risk assessments and take control of confrontatitional situations. Breakaway and self defence skills can also be covered during this course.

• The law in respect of self defence
